Dena Lipper
Associate Attorney
Dena is a graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston and member of the State Bar of Texas. Dena joined the firm in 2023 as an Associate Attorney.
Prior to law school, Dena received her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees, during which time she trained in play therapy and worked closely with children and families to navigate through hard times. This desire to help people led Dena to go to law school and pursue a career in family law. Because of her background in Social Work, Dena knows how to really listen to what her clients want and need from the process. She understands that going through a legal proceeding, particularly one involving children, can take its toll on a person and that her clients need a lot of empathy and respect throughout the litigation process.
Dena strengthened her writing and advocacy skills in law school as a member of the South Texas Moot Court team and the South Texas Law Review. Dena has an ability to think critically and help her clients to find creative solutions that are best for them and their families. Dena uses what she has learned throughout her education and career to listen to what her clients truly want, help clients understand the process, and advocate for those clients throughout their litigation.
